We design our graduate scheme around the graduates – we understand their interests and the areas they’re looking to develop, so that we can identify the right projects for them to work on. Learning will be exponential and our graduates are supported every step of the way. They own real outcomes and can see the positive impact of their work on our customers.
We offer paid internships to students from local universities and colleges, providing them with a broad range of experience and skills.
Interns spend the summer developing skills, leading projects and working with the team to make customers better off. They get involved in projects including customer research, project management, finance, business critical testing, cybersecurity and web design.
